Haiku
A small plane takes off
Streaking across the huge sky
Flying to freedom
Limeric
There was once a man playing a Valve game
He didn't know that his life would never be the same
Into Valve's hypermarket he dove
Grabbing many virtual hats, knives, and merchandise as he drove
Months later he looked down at his wallet. His money was gone, eaten up by the game
Free verse
The wind blows and the snow falls
Clouds cover the sky in the foggy night
Like a winter apocalypse had just begun
Six soldiers stare into the misty horizon
Weapons loaded, adrenaline pumping
As the misty outline of a steel behemoth approaches, it's massive headlights giving off a ghastly glow
A hiss is heard as it's huge gates open
Releasing the mechanical horde big and small
Six soliders charge through the blowing snow
Shouting with anger as they clash with their foes
This is just the beginning...
